Fire prompts evacuation at Hubbard pizza shop 1/14/2015 HUBBARD, Ohio -A fire at a Hubbard pizza shop forced those inside to evacuate. Shortly after 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night, witnesses say smoke and flames could be seen on the roof of Belleria Pizza on West Liberty Street.
About a dozen people inside were able to evacuate safely.
Fire officials say, the fire was caused by a heating unit on the roof.
Hubbard's Volunteer Fire Chief said the fire was contained to the roof, and the HVAC unit was the only item damaged.
Damages are estimated to be about $10,000.
